Where families find confidence, kids find understanding, and everyone feels a little less overwhelmed.

Welcome!

When a child is diagnosed with celiac disease, life changes overnight. Suddenly every grocery trip, birthday party, classroom celebration, and family dinner comes with new questions.

Celiac education shouldn't feel like reading a textbook. Kids deserve to learn about their bodies through stories, play, and creativity. Parents deserve information that feels human—not overwhelming medical language.
Celi-Safe helps families learn, grow, and “dough” this safely together.

Let’s dough this safely.

Those four little words became the beginning of something much bigger than we ever imagined.
When our family began navigating the unknowns of celiac disease, we quickly learned just how overwhelming the journey could be. I begged for answers. I searched for explanations. I asked for appointments, pushed for testing, and advocated for my child through more than six months of uncertainty because as a parent, you know when something isn't right. When we finally found answers and celiac disease became part of our story, we realized the journey was only beginning.
There was information available, but so much of it was created for adults. As a parent, I was searching for resources that would help my child understand what was happening inside her own body. Yes, there were books—but I was looking for more. I was looking for a way to teach, connect, and grow with her through every stage of this lifelong diagnosis.
So, Evie and I started creating our own. Through made-up stories, conversations, play, and moments of learning, we found a way to make celiac disease feel less scary and more understandable. We created a character who could help explain the big feelings, the confusing moments, and the everyday changes that come with living gluten-free.
That character became Celi. What started as a way to help one child understand her diagnosis became a dream to help more children do the same.
As a psychotherapist, I knew the power of connection, play, and age-appropriate education. As a mom, I knew families deserved resources that felt supportive, encouraging, and easy to understand. And I kept asking myself…

Why stop here?

If these tools could help Evie feel more confident, maybe they could help another child feel less alone too. That is how Celi-Safe began.
We are here to help families learn, laugh, and grow through the gluten-free journey—because every child deserves to understand their body, and every parent deserves support along the way.

So together…

Let’s dough this safely.
